All returns must be shipped back to us or returned in store within 14 days of delivery.
This applies for both full-priced and sale pieces.
Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender.

The costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s) are borne by the sender.
All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags
attached, using the documents provided in the parcel and a copy of the
purchase invoice.
Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed,
to avoid any damage.

The company reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.

On receipt of the product(s) returned by the customer, the customer service shall send a confirmation of receipt of the product by email.

Return in Israel
If you would like to return a product(s), please contact our office at info@assembleofficial.com and write your order number and full name at the subject line. Please note that delivery payment might be required.

International returns
If you would like to return a product(s), please contact our office at info@assembleofficial.com and write your order number and full name at the subject line.

We currently do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers will be responsible for return shipment and cost.
Assemble is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.

Exchanges

Refund
We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
