Returns & Exchanges

All products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, in their original condition and packaging — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and the purchase receipt included. Please note that socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
Assemble reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns & Exchanges – Israel
1. Self Drop-Off

You may return your order directly to our Tel Aviv warehouse — please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.

2. Courier Collection (paid service)
Please email us your request at info@assembleofficial.com with your order number and full name. We’ll arrange a courier pickup from your address.
The return service involves a shipping fee.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (size or color), please contact our customer service team at info@assembleofficial.com.
The first exchange is free of charge.
For any additional exchange requests, return shipping fees may apply.
Exchanges are available only for items in perfect condition and with all original tags attached.

Returns – International
We currently do not offer free returns for international orders.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and any related costs.

Assemble is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method with proof of delivery.

Refunds / Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide a store credit for the full amount at assembleofficial.com.
Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
